Donna is a passionate advocate for health and wellness in the workplace and is the leading force behind the Client Relations team here at Well Street. As Director of Client Services, Donna partners with many organizations across Canada helping them diagnose their needs and building viable solutions within their budgets.
With over 20 years of experience in progressive Marketing Management and Client Service roles in the corporate world, Donna understands how elevated stress levels and unbalanced lives can have a negative effect on an individual’s health. She has worked for a wide variety of organizations, from small boutique consulting firms, to global marketing agencies, to large retail and financial services institutions. Prior to joining Well Street, Donna spent five years in a Senior Marketing role at Canadian retail giant Loblaw Companies Ltd where her commitment to customer experience and brand development was a valued resource.
While still working in the corporate world, Donna discovered her passion for health and wellness after undergoing a profound health transformation of her own. She became a student of the wellness movement and immersed herself in coaching others to uncover their full wellness potential. This new calling brought Donna to Well Street where she is able to marry her passion for health and wellness with her extensive corporate experience.
Donna’s commitment to providing effective, customized solutions to corporations in order to champion employee wellness is coupled with her unshakeable belief in how these solutions can have huge positive returns for both the organization as well as the employees.
