For millions of Canadians, going to work is an integral part of life. Whether it is part-time or full-time, the hours spent at work by Canadians take up quite a significant amount of time each week. According to Statistics Canada, the average amount of hours spent by part-time and full-time employees at work comes to about 37 hours per week. To put that into perspective, there are 168 hours in a week, and adults spend almost one fifth of their week being at work.
